Our twin-screw co-rotating extruders are the workhorses of recycling and compounding, capable of processing a wide range of materials and formulations at high output rates. They offer excellent mixing and dispersion, precise temperature control, and easy cleaning and maintenance. Our twin-screw extruders are available in different sizes and screw designs to match your requirements. Robust, high longevity and easy interface. Screws diameter from 40 to 155, Outputs up to 6000 kg/h.
Our single screw extruders are designed for simpler compounding tasks, such as melt mixing, pelletizing, and granulating. They are easy to operate and offer good flexibility and versatility. Our single screw extruders are available in various sizes and configurations in according with your formulation and moisture content. Screw diameter from 30 to 225, Outputs up to 2000 kg/h.
